Hours of OperationOpen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Classes are every hour to fit your schedule. Coach led classes are usually early morning, mid day and early evening. Virtual classes fill in those slots and members receive a fob to have 24 hour access.

Using a combination of science based elite athlete training insights, targeted heart-rate training, and customized group training plans, Eat The Frog Fitness dispels the "one size fits all" workout standard. The framework was designed by 2008 Olympic Decathlon Gold Medalist, Bryan Clay. It's not just a workout, but rather a customized, group training program structured to maximize results for each member and every fitness level.
Eat The Frog Fitness offers Live and Virtual classes giving our members access around the clock to achieve their goals at their convenience. They'll improve in endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility with our personalized prescription based on our unique Fitness Assessment. We customize it to fit you and only you. Heart rate zones and intensity fit where you are.
If fitness is your "frog" try us for 8 weeks of customized high intensity, low impact, interval training and you'll see results. Be careful though, it's addicting! And by the way, there's no contracts. Memberships are monthly.
